- FOR HIGH NET WORTH INDIVIDUALS FACING DIVORCE
A discreet, strategic financial review to ensure your complex assets, business interests, and property are legally protected.

Divorce involving property, businesses, investments, or significant income is not just a legal process — it’s a risk exercise.
Many people delay taking advice because they hope matters will stay amicable, or because they don’t want to “overreact”. Others take advice too late — after positions have hardened or assets have already been exposed.
In high-value cases, early clarity matters. The right decisions at the start can prevent years of unnecessary cost, stress, and financial loss later.
During a difficult time, I had a consultation today that finally brought some hope to my matter. After visiting several solicitors, this was the only law firm that truly restored my faith

Divorce involving significant assets isn't just a legal process — it's a financial decision that can shape your future for years to come. That's why we take a different approach
Advising on divorce, financial proceedings, and asset division under English law.
Including business interests, multiple properties, and significant income or asset disparity.
Focused on preventing problems — not reacting to them later.
Sensitive matters handled with care, confidentiality, and sound judgment.
A private call to understand your situation and identify potential financial risk.
If appropriate, a detailed review of your assets, options, and legal strategy.
Negotiation, resolution, or court proceedings handled with focus, discretion, and precision.
A client faced a complex international divorce involving competing jurisdictions and an overseas divorce, with combined marital assets approaching £2 million. Proceedings included disputed service, allegations of non-disclosure, and contested financial claims.
We undertook a detailed jurisdictional analysis and successfully challenged the English court’s authority to hear the divorce. The case involved expert evidence on foreign law and careful handling of cross-border legal issues.
The English divorce application was dismissed, protecting the client from parallel proceedings and unnecessary litigation in the UK.
This legally unusual matter involved two consecutive marriages between the same parties. Financial proceedings had been brought on the basis of the second marriage, alongside a consent order affecting substantial assets.
We successfully argued that the second marriage — and the associated consent order — were void. This required detailed legal analysis and urgent protective applications to prevent the disposal of property while the matter was resolved.
Financial proceedings were allowed to continue on the basis of the valid marriage. The case involved multiple properties, pension assets, and total assets of approximately £3 million.

After helping hundreds of people in similar situations to yours, we know you might be asking yourself:
Yes. Many high-value divorces begin amicably. Early strategic advice helps ensure agreements are fair, sustainable, and legally sound — and reduces the risk of future disputes or unexpected claims.
That depends on factors such as the length of the marriage, asset structure, income disparity, contributions, and future needs. During the strategy call, we’ll explain how assets like property, businesses, pensions, and investments are typically approached under English law.
In many cases, yes — but timing and structure are critical. Early advice is especially important where businesses, partnerships, or shareholdings are involved, as decisions made at the outset can significantly affect outcomes.
Absolutely. We handle all matters with discretion and professionalism, particularly where sensitive financial, business, or reputational concerns exist.
Yes. The Confidential Financial Risk & Strategy Call is free and designed to help you understand your position and potential exposure. If your situation requires more detailed advice, we’ll explain the option of a paid consultation clearly and transparently.
A paid consultation allows us to review your financial position in detail, explore strategic options fully, and provide tailored legal advice. This is where longer-term planning and decision-making typically take place.
No. Our role is to provide clarity and judgment — not to rush you. Many clients take time after the initial call to consider their options before deciding how to proceed.
Not necessarily. Many high-value cases are resolved through negotiation or alternative dispute resolution. Court action is considered only when it’s necessary to protect your position.
You’ve worked hard to build your assets. Don’t let a divorce undo that work.
